Tarmac Rally Championship 2012

The first race of the season in 2012 was the ralli Cwm Gwendraeth, during this rally we were lying 4th overall and 1st in class with one stage remaining up until the gearbox jammed resulting in us not finishing. 

The next event was the Tour of Epynt. This event being damp overnight and the stages being slippery resulted in the car slipping off on the 1st stage and being stuck for around 4 minutes but we recovered well and finished 23rd overall and 3rd in class.

The next event we competed in was the tour of Caerwent but after a poor start on the first stage and picking up a puncture on the second stage we decided to call it a day resulting in another non-finish.

We next competed in the Beasley Hunt Talbenny and we were having a very good day up until a heavy shower and dropping 12 seconds to Nigel Gibbard but we still battled on to finish 2nd overall and 1st in class.

We then competed in the Mini Epynt. While we were leading the event and swapping times with Nigel Gibbard with 2 stages remaining we had a heavy landing and as a result the diff broke resulting in another non-finish.

The next event was Epynt Harry Flatters where we had a problem free day finishing 6th overall and 1st in class.

Next was the Epynt Mewla rally where we had another good run and finished 8th overall and 1st in class.

The next event was the Patriot stages where we had yet another problem free day finishing 6th overall and 2nd in class.

The final event of the season for the team was the Peter Lloyd stages where we had a good finish to the season coming away with 4th overall and 1st in class.
